Meet the Team
OUR PRACTITIONERS – are at least level 3 qualified or working towards level 3 or higher. Each member of staff has their own key children, with their role being to establish a secure attachment, ensuring your child settles in easily and begins to develop effectively. They will get to know your child, their likes and dislikes and their own individual needs. The idea is for the practitioner to be your child’s go-to person, so that your child feels secure and safe when they come into Little Gillies.

I have 10 years of experience working in Early Years. I am passionate about fostering childrens communication and creative skills through play based learning and lots of sensory exploration- the messier the better!
I have experience, both personally and professionally, in supporting children with additional needs.
I live with my Fiancè Shawn and our two children; Eliza and Joey. As a family, we love spending time baking, swimming, exploring local woodlands and visiting the zoo or aquarium!
I also enjoy watching and listening to true crime documentaries and podcasts as well as making little trinkets and jewellery using polymer clay.
