EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER – DEPUTY MANAGER

We are looking for Deputy Manager to be part of our setting in Wells-next-the-Sea. 

The nursery caters for 3 months to the end of term prior to turning 3 years old.  We expect this to expand to provide wrap-around care in the near future.

What we’re looking for:

• Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience within an Early Years setting (0 – 3 years)
• Understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding, Child Protection, and health and safety
• Experience of participating with Ofsted inspections
• Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, parents and external partners.
• Commitment, the ability to work well with people and enthusiasm.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

Full-time hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm with annual leave to be taken during school holidays.   Full contractual terms can be discussed at interview stage.
